Almond Croissant and Hot Chocolate – at le Pain Quotidien

Early morning indulgence at St Pancras, London. Proper hit the spot. Couldn’t quite finish the hot chocolate, it was sooo rich.

I took a patisserie course a few years ago. 2 full days to make a croissant! Life is too short, now I only buy them.
